Regional Quality Manager - Michels Power, Inc. (Power Infrastructure)

Location: Neenah, Wisconsin, United States; various project locations with travel and long-term onsite assignments required

What you will do

• Support operations with the implementation and compliance of QA/QC programs.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and assessments against project specifications and industry standards.
• Lead quality teams across multiple utility and energy infrastructure projects.
• Support HSEQ programs, audits, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Work independently while maintaining detailed quality records in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of construction experience supporting quality programs on utility and energy infrastructure projects.
• Experience with battery energy storage systems, substations, transmission, distribution, and/or foundation construction.
• Experience with HSEQ programs, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Leadership experience managing quality teams across multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver license for the vehicles operated, an acceptable driving record, and willingness to travel and work on long-term onsite projects.

Nice to have

• QA/QC certification in ISO or from the American Society for Quality.
