Regional Quality Manager (Power Infrastructure)

Location: Harrisburg, PA; various project locations with travel and long-term onsite work required

What you will do

• Support operations with the implementation and compliance of existing QA/QC programs.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and assessments against project specifications and industry standards.
• Assist with quality programs across utility and energy infrastructure projects.
• Lead quality teams working across multiple projects.
• Support HSEQ programs, audits, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Requirements

• 7+ years of construction experience supporting quality programs on utility and energy infrastructure projects.
• Experience with battery energy storage systems, substations, transmission, distribution, and/or foundation construction.
• Experience with HSEQ programs, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Leadership experience managing quality teams across multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and ability to travel for long-term onsite projects.

Nice to have

• QA/QC certification in ISO or from the American Society for Quality.
