Regional Quality Manager (Power Infrastructure)

Location: Milwaukee, WI; various project locations in the United States. Full-time with travel required and a commitment to long-term onsite projects.

What you will do

• Support operations with the implementation and compliance of QA/QC programs.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and assessments against project specifications and industry standards.
• Assist with quality assurance and quality control activities across utility and energy infrastructure projects.
• Lead quality teams working across multiple projects.
• Support audits, HSEQ programs, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Work independently in fast-paced project environments while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of construction experience supporting quality programs on utility and energy infrastructure projects.
• Experience with battery energy storage systems, substations, transmission, distribution, and/or foundation construction.
• Experience with HSEQ programs, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Leadership experience managing quality teams across multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite projects.

Nice to have

• QA/QC certification in ISO or from the American Society for Quality.
