Quality Supervisor- EDU/Battery/MRB (EV/Battery Manufacturing)

Location: Garden Grove, California, United States; onsite, second shift from 4:30pm to 1:00am. The shift schedule may change.

Salary: $95,000–$110,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Supervise, train, mentor, schedule, and review quality inspectors and technicians.
• Ensure manufacturing processes and finished products meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead investigations into non-conformances, customer complaints, and quality deviations.
• Conduct internal production-floor quality audits and support customer and regulatory audits.
• Track MRB rates, defect rates, first-pass yield, and other KPIs; prepare daily and weekly reports.
• Partner with engineering and production teams on bottlenecks, Lean/Six Sigma improvements, and testing-equipment calibration and maintenance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive quality assurance or quality control experience in automotive manufacturing.
• 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with Quality Management Systems software and Google Workspace.
• Ability to make rapid, data-driven decisions in a high-pressure automotive environment.
• Ability to stop production lines or shipments when quality standards or safety protocols are compromised.
• Strong cross-functional communication with supply chain, production, and engineering teams.
