Scientific Applications Support Intern (Biotechnology)

Salary: $30 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to scientists and specialists.
• Review data and maintain accurate documentation and knowledge resources.
• Update internal knowledge bases, training materials, and support documentation.
• Generate reports and analyze support metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, or related field such as biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or biotechnology.
• 0–2+ years of laboratory, research, internship, customer service, or technical support experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Nice to have

• Strong attention to detail and experience reviewing, organizing, and maintaining accurate data and documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
