Location: Rua Lionesa, Leça do Balio, Porto 4465-671, Portugal. The role follows a hybrid working policy combining office work with some days working from home.

What you will do
- Contribute to building seasonal air network plans for the European network.
- Review and adjust monthly flight schedules in alignment with local operations.
- Evaluate air network capacity requirements in response to package-volume changes.
- Identify opportunities to optimize business performance and reduce cost to serve.
- Maintain and update air network support systems and provide analytics for intra-European and intercontinental projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders to optimize the air network.
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in engineering or a relevant scientific discipline.
- Experience planning and optimizing processes in logistics, manufacturing, or a related environment.
- Strong analytical, planning, organizing, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, business acumen, attention to detail, and an innovative mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functional groups and hierarchical levels.
- Excellent English is required as the working language. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is also required.
