E2E Repair Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid working model combining onsite and offsite work

What you will do

• Initiate, prepare, launch, and monitor complex repair solutions and improvement initiatives against time, cost, and quality targets.
• Industrialize the repair supply chain by analyzing lead times, capacity, material requirements, inventory, and logistics constraints.
• Coordinate supplier capacity and cost alignment, material reservations, missing-part management, and repair priorities.
• Monitor deliveries across ongoing repair projects and ensure on-time, on-quality material delivery at an aggregated level.
• Adapt industrial processes to the repair AOG business, including quotes, orders, logistics, production recovery, issue resolution, stock dispatch, special transport, and escalations.
• Manage repair planning, dashboards, cost follow-up, risks, opportunities, lessons learned, and stakeholder communication through completion.

Requirements

• At least three years of studies in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Approximately three years of professional experience in a supply chain environment.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and SAP.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing is required.
• Open-minded, self-motivated, customer-oriented, and flexible with working hours according to customer needs.
• Ability to work in an international environment; aviation maintenance process knowledge is advantageous.

• Programming skills and initial experience with Skywise.
