Supply Chain & Quality Specialist (Aerospace)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal. Hybrid working model combining onsite and offsite work; domestic and international travel may be required.

What you will do

• Manage requests from Supply Chain Quality Managers by registering cases, challenging information, monitoring status, and reporting progress.
• Support the Raw Material Help Desk in identifying sources for materials affected by shortages and disruptions.
• Improve the worldwide distributors and brokers database.
• Interact regularly with stockists and Supply Chain Quality Managers.
• Monitor operational performance and identify improvements to the Raw Material Help Desk.
• Act as the Raw Material Help Desk focal point toward multifunctional teams when required.

Requirements

• Experience in Supply Chain Quality or Procurement.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Solid professional experience with information systems.
• Experience managing internal quality tools such as Normaster, SMP, and Sea Cloud.
• Knowledge of material standards and aerospace raw materials.
• Fluent English required; analytical thinking, resilience under pressure, and adaptability are essential.

• French and/or Spanish language skills.
• Commercial skills.
