Packaging Sourcing Intern

Location: Hybrid in Mindelo, Porto, Portugal. Authorization to work in Portugal is required.

What you will do

• Collect packaging data from suppliers according to EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation requirements.
• Request, maintain, and track supplier Declarations of Conformity and related documentation.
• Verify packaging data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Update and manage packaging information databases.
• Create reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Respond to supplier and stakeholder inquiries while supporting packaging sourcing data analysis and administrative activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies.
• Written and verbal English communication skills.
• Authorization to work in Portugal.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI reporting and data visualization.
• Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems.
• Knowledge of supply chain, sourcing, or procurement processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
