Salary: $67,000–$70,180 annually

What you will do

• Administer and support large, multi-client servers and systems.
• Install, upgrade, configure, test, and integrate server hardware, software, and network file servers.
• Analyze server performance and system logs, tune systems, and troubleshoot complex hardware, software, configuration, and network issues.
• Provide Tier II support and assist with Tier III support, system audits, security assessments, and issue resolution.
• Design security, backup, data protection, and disaster recovery methods for server environments.
• Automate systems administration, evaluate new technologies, coordinate technical projects, and maintain server documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least three years of systems administration experience.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting, problem-solving, client relations, requirements analysis, project management, and ITIL.
• Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
• Ability to work onsite in College Station, Texas.
• Successful completion of a criminal history investigation and credential verification is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Infrastructure, Power BI, GitHub, Microsoft Fabric, Linux, and Windows Server administration.
