What you will do
- Support the maintenance and monitoring of enterprise infrastructure platforms.
- Assist with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, virtualization, and Azure administration.
- Support infrastructure monitoring, reporting, operational dashboards, backup, recovery, and documentation.
- Participate in troubleshooting hardware, software, and infrastructure issues.
- Contribute to asset management, infrastructure improvement, and automation projects.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Service Desk, Applications, and Network Engineering teams, and present an end-of-internship project to IT leadership.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong interest in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, systems administration, or cybersecurity.
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, networking concepts, computer hardware, and Microsoft Office products.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn new technologies.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
Nice to have
- Coursework in networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, operating systems, or systems administration.
- Familiarity with Azure, Active Directory, VMware, PowerShell, Windows Server, or Linux.
- Personal projects, university labs, technical clubs, hackathons, or relevant certifications.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Azure Fundamentals, or similar certifications.
- Interest in semiconductor manufacturing and global technology operations.
