(USA) Auto Care Center Coach (Automotive Retail)

Location: Gallipolis, Ohio, United States; onsite at 2145 Eastern Ave.

Annual salary: $65,000–$100,000, plus performance-based bonuses and applicable pay differentials.

Walmart operates retail stores and Auto Care Centers providing merchandise, automotive products, and vehicle services.

What you will do

• Drive sales and financial performance for the Auto Care Center and automotive service area.
• Receive, stock, price, sign, and organize merchandise while maintaining inventory levels and accurate presentations.
• Provide customer service, support purchasing decisions, process service orders, and explain automotive products and services.
• Ensure technicians receive required training and certification, stage customer vehicles, and support service workflow.
• Maintain equipment, displays, safety standards, environmental disposal procedures, and OSHA compliance.
• Hire, train, mentor, supervise, and develop associates while coordinating assignments and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in automotive service or a related service-industry field.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to complete all job-required training and assessments.
• Firearms-related background checks and training may be required at facilities selling firearms or ammunition.

Nice to have

• Automotive certification from an automotive technical institute.
• ASE certification.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership.
• Additional automotive service or supervisory experience.
