Manufacturing & Engineering Technical Manager 2027

Location: On-site in Belleville, Ontario, Canada. Domestic relocation benefits may be available. Work authorization sponsorship is not available.

Starting salary: $93,000 CAD per year.

What you will do

• Analyze and optimize production processes, including centerline management and operational stability.
• Coordinate daily support for large plant teams to achieve manufacturing targets.
• Implement equipment upgrades and product innovations as a startup leader.
• Manage manufacturing equipment, processes, and technical projects.
• Lead quality event investigations, CAPAs, and sustainable corrective solutions.
• Drive loss elimination initiatives to reduce scrap, line losses, and performance reliability losses.

Requirements

• On-site presence in Belleville, Ontario is required.
• University degree or final-year studies in engineering or another technical discipline; degrees in other fields may also be considered.
• Leadership, collaboration, and communication skills demonstrated through academic or extracurricular activities.
• Technical curiosity, critical thinking, and a hands-on approach to equipment and machinery problem-solving.
• Flexibility to support a manufacturing organization operating 24/7 and willingness to work on the production floor.
• Previous manufacturing-site experience is an advantage.
