Production Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Provide daily operational oversight across production operations and partner with supervisors.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and productive shop-floor environment.
• Monitor production dashboards and KPIs across all shifts.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, 5S, and structured problem solving.
• Deliver safety, quality, on-time delivery, and productivity targets.
• Partner with Planning to execute production schedules, address capacity gaps, and track corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of manufacturing production experience, including team supervision.
• Experience with shop-floor leadership and team development.
• Knowledge of continuous-improvement methods, including Lean, 5S, and problem solving.
• Experience with production KPIs and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Bilingual French and English communication skills, both oral and written, are required.

Nice to have

• Semiconductor manufacturing experience.
