Technician, Quality 3, DZCC Tiverton

Location: Tiverton, Ontario N0G 2T0, Canada; onsite

Salary: $93,280–$116,600 annually, depending on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Inspect received company-procured and customer-issued materials against applicable codes, requirements, and orders.
• Organize materials in project laydown areas and prepare material reports for construction managers, project managers, and customers.
• Maintain detailed inventory records covering item, stock number, lot number, quantity, location, and condition.
• Perform monthly audits of material storage, shelf life, protective environments, and related conditions.
• Coordinate equipment licensing, log books, tooling calibration, material handling, and shipments.
• Mentor and train Quality Control Incoming personnel while supporting workflow and workforce planning.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in the field or a related area.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of PC applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, Sage, and SAP.
• Ability to work onsite in Tiverton, Ontario, Canada.

Nice to have

• Post-secondary education in logistics.
• Knowledge and experience with CSA N299 and ISO 9001 standards.
