Consultant Talent Acquisition (1-Year Limited Contract)

Location: Cairo, Egypt; hybrid work with work from home up to 2 days per week depending on team needs

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Technology and non-Technology teams in the MEA region and support global recruitment campaigns.
• Partner with hiring managers on recruitment strategy, role requirements, interviews, timelines, candidate care, and diversity and inclusion.
• Lead hiring manager briefings and create recruitment plans covering requirements, strategies, and expected outcomes.
• Develop sourcing strategies with the talent sourcing team, write compliant job advertisements, and screen candidates.
• Manage candidates throughout the interview and offer process while ensuring timely feedback and a strong candidate experience.
• Use LinkedIn, iCims, reporting, and analytics to support insight-led decisions, process compliance, data quality, and GDPR risk reduction.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience delivering hiring campaigns in an in-house, agency, or RPO environment.
• Experience with candidate evaluation methods and interviewing.
• Ability to consult with and challenge stakeholders at different levels.
• Experience building relationships and managing expectations across multiple countries and cultural differences.
• Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and insight capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
