What you will do

• Investigate reported quality and technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate containment, corrective, and curative actions.
• Perform quality inspections, final checks, attestations, stop-point inspections, and out-of-sequence work checks, including critical activities when not delegated.
• Manage production quality, open and close nonconformities, and provide quality expertise on the shop floor.
• Support FOD prevention, predictive quality activities, process improvements, Q planner activities, and operational coaching.
• Work with multifunctional teams, production operations, business stakeholders, and customers.

Requirements

• Knowledge of A330 MRTT production quality, MRTT systems, and quality procedures and regulations.
• At least five years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or engineering.
• English and Spanish at negotiation level required.
• Experience managing people and conflicts, with strong communication, interpersonal, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with agile software development processes and methods; knowledge of planning systems is beneficial.
• Ability to propose new ideas and work effectively across new topics, new business areas, and networked teams.
