Personal Lines Account Manager (Insurance)

Location: California, United States; on-site presence required

Salary: $40,000–$75,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned personal insurance clients.
• Manage renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day account servicing.
• Provide consultative recommendations and tailored insurance coverage solutions.
• Identify cross-sell and account-rounding opportunities to support retention and growth.
• Partner with internal teams and leadership to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
• Promote digital tools and provide high-quality support for client business needs.

Requirements

• Active P&C license.
• At least 2 years of experience in personal lines and/or account management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and systems in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic or a similar agency management system is strongly preferred.
