P&C Account Manager (Insurance)

Location: Wilsonville, Oregon, United States; the position is onsite.

What you will do

• Manage an existing portfolio of property and casualty insurance clients.
• Build relationships with prospective clients through networking and identify their insurance needs.
• Recommend suitable policies and place clients with the correct products and carriers.
• Complete policy paperwork and maintain accurate records of policies and prospects.
• Stay current on insurance products, compliance requirements, and regulations.
• Respond to and resolve client questions and complaints professionally and promptly.

Requirements

• Property and Casualty Insurance License for Texas, Nevada, Oklahoma, and/or Oregon preferred, or willingness to obtain a license within the first 90 days.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with agency account management software such as Applied Epic or PL Rater.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong time management, prioritization, attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to support clients extensively by phone and email, work independently and collaboratively, and sit for long periods.
