Property & Casualty Account Manager (Insurance)

What you will do

• Manage an existing portfolio of property and casualty insurance clients.
• Build relationships with prospective clients through networking and identify their insurance needs.
• Recommend suitable policies and place clients with the appropriate products and carriers.
• Complete policy documentation and maintain accurate records of sold policies and prospects.
• Monitor changes in insurance products, compliance requirements, and regulations.
• Respond to client questions and complaints by phone and email.

Requirements

• Texas General Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain it within the first 90 days.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with agency account management software such as Applied Epic or PL Rater.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong attention to detail, and accurate recordkeeping.
• Effective time management, prioritization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while supporting clients for extended periods by phone and email.
