Member Experience Supervisor Full Time

What you will do

• Lead Front End Leads, Cashiers, Membership Sales Ambassadors, and Member Services Desk functions.
• Drive membership growth, retention, loyalty, frontline service, promotions, and member experience results.
• Recruit, train, coach, motivate, and manage the performance of frontline and membership teams.
• Maintain staffing, operational processes, club policies, procedures, and GOLD service standards.
• Use reporting tools to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and improve department and club KPIs.
• Resolve member concerns, oversee Front Door recovery follow-up, and support audit compliance and required certifications.

Requirements

• Leadership capability, including supervising cross-functional teams, training team members, and communicating results.
• Two years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and email required.
• High school diploma, college degree, wholesale, retail, grocery, or leadership experience preferred.
• Open shift availability and regular, predictable full attendance required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and maintain required training and certifications.
