What you will do

• Lead total Fashion category performance, including sales, customer behaviors, and presentation standards.
• Provide expertise in styling, wardrobe building, product storytelling, and curated customer recommendations.
• Own Fashion visual merchandising, displays, layering concepts, and presentation adjustments for launches and business priorities.
• Coach one Fashion presentation for each team member every month and convert training into daily behaviors.
• Improve ATV, attachment, and clienteling KPIs through coaching, focus, visual execution, and personal performance.
• Partner with store leadership to identify and develop Fashion talent while building teamwork and accountability.

Requirements

• Experience or demonstrated capability in Fashion styling, wardrobe building, and product storytelling.
• Ability to lead visual merchandising and maintain consistent Fashion presentation standards.
• Ability to coach team members with real-time, actionable feedback.
• Ability to lead category performance and improve sales and customer-experience metrics.
• Availability to work full time at the Oviedo Marketplace store.
