Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: USA, Bentonville, Arkansas; home office

Salary: $90,000–$180,000 annually, plus performance bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Define product vision and strategy for complex products and product families using customer, market, and competitive insights.
• Build and manage roadmaps based on customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders through product delivery and adoption.
• Use advanced analytics, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making to evaluate performance and drive improvements.
• Mentor product managers and strengthen discovery and customer focus.
• Promote emerging technologies and AI to increase product value.

Requirements

• 5 years of product management experience with a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or 7 years of product management or related experience.
• Experience managing complex products or product families with strong strategic and technical orientation.
• Expertise in product vision, competitive analysis, market opportunities, stakeholder management, and roadmaps.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, advanced analytics, and experimentation.
• Ability to mentor and influence without direct authority.
• Role is based at the Bentonville, Arkansas home office in the USA.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience with consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B or B2C products.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility practices.
