Land Development Project Manager

Location: Tampa, FL, with travel between job sites in the market

Salary: $80,621–$110,854 annually, plus eligibility for quarterly bonus payments

What you will do

• Manage land development projects for raw land, new communities, homes, amenities, entrances, hardscapes, and landscaping.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and trade partners to deliver work according to plans, specifications, budgets, and schedules.
• Travel between job sites to inspect progress, solve issues, validate completed work, and maintain project quality.
• Manage bids, contracts, change orders, invoices, check requests, bonds, budgets, cash-flow projections, and reimbursement releases.
• Coordinate tract and plat acceptance with municipalities, agencies, and special districts while ensuring compliance with applicable codes.
• Partner with Land Acquisition, architects, local teams, and leadership on budgets, approvals, easements, obstacles, and project status.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in land development design and/or land development.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required.
• All necessary stormwater certifications and OSHA 30 certification required.
• Working knowledge of air quality regulations and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) protocols.
• Strong project management, planning, organization, communication, computer, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and bidding take-off software skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with CAD.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Drone license from the Federal Aviation Administration, where applicable to the market.
