Temporary Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote; candidates from any location are welcome. Preference for someone based in the Boston area who can occasionally come onsite to build relationships with the team and leadership.

What you will do

• Build the top of funnel for Applied AI and Core AI hiring through targeted sourcing strategies and candidate campaigns.
• Use Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-native research platforms to identify and engage technical candidates.
• Research adjacent companies, technical communities, open-source contributors, researchers, engineers, and other talent pools.
• Create candidate lists, prioritize prospects, write personalized outreach, and manage follow-up campaigns.
• Integrate sourcing workflows and candidate activity with Ashby while maintaining accurate pipeline data.
• Track campaign performance, refine sourcing approaches, and support candidates through offer discussions.

Requirements

• Experience sourcing or recruiting highly technical talent, ideally in AI, machine learning, or engineering.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI sourcing tools, including Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms.
• Experience creating targeted outbound sourcing campaigns and using AI to research candidates, companies, and talent markets.
• Strong sourcing judgment, technical profile calibration, written outreach, and personalization skills.
• Strong organization skills and experience maintaining accurate candidate data in an ATS.
• Comfort working across changing hiring priorities and learning technical candidate profiles quickly.

• Experience building automated or semi-automated sourcing workflows.
• Experience integrating sourcing tools or recruiting workflows with Ashby.
• Experience recruiting for an early-stage or rapidly growing technical startup.
