Universal Banker I

Location: On-site full-time in Calgary, AB; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance

What you will do

• Meet with personal and business banking clients to understand their priorities and recommend suitable financial products and solutions.
• Develop forward-looking financial plans using knowledge of technology, cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through marketing, outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Introduce clients to mobile and online banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.
• Work banking centre hours, including possible evenings and weekends, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver a strong client experience.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Current accreditation and good standing for a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• Client-first approach, goal orientation, attention to detail, critical thinking, curiosity, and strong relationship-building skills.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
• Availability for on-site work and flexible banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.
