Project Specialist

What you will do

• Set up project files according to established standards and maintain complete documentation.
• Keep active job files current with customer and vendor purchase orders, sales orders, correspondence, change orders, specifications, invoices, acknowledgements, and delivery schedules.
• Release projects for shipment after receiving written customer authorization.
• Coordinate vendor expediting to ensure materials are shipped and received within agreed timelines.
• Build professional relationships with customers and vendors to support high-quality service.

Requirements

• High school diploma and 1–3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
• Ability to manage project documentation, shipment coordination, and customer and vendor communication.
