Preferred Banking Assistant Manager (Treasury Management)

What you will do

• Coach the Preferred Banker team and support execution of the complete client life cycle.
• Resolve complex client requests and provide expert guidance on treasury management, deposit operations, loans, and commercial and personal accounts.
• Identify opportunities to promote banking products by analyzing client patterns and needs.
• Manage team work distribution, facilitate cross-training, and report on production, turnaround times, and other performance data.
• Monitor service levels, risk management, regulatory compliance, audit soundness, productivity, and efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members and support strategic initiatives through data analytics and change management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in treasury management sales or service, branch banking operations, or a related field.
• High school diploma required; a related bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of banking operations, deposit operations, new account opening, loan administration, treasury management, or commercial banking products.
• Business, legal, and technical writing skills with knowledge of industry-standard writing specifications.
• Sales and service experience with business deposits or treasury management products.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
