Talent Development Specialist (WIOA) (80017)

Location: Caldwell, Idaho, USA; onsite

Compensation: Up to $23.10 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct individual assessments and provide career guidance and counseling to job seekers, including WIOA-eligible participants.
• Manage customer cases and support eligibility, training attendance, workshops, job searches, and progress toward self-sufficiency.
• Authorize and coordinate supportive services such as childcare and transportation while tracking fund obligations.
• Maintain and develop relationships with community resources, employers, agencies, nonprofits, and partner organizations.
• Provide labor market information and place eligible participants in subsidized employment activities.
• Track participant progress, submit payroll information, and prepare weekly and monthly program reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma and at least one year of sales or customer service experience; an associate degree is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, speaking, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, meet deadlines, address customer concerns, and conduct workshops or orientations.
• Current driver's license with a low-risk driver rating and automobile liability insurance required.
