Healthcare Recruiter (Remote)

Location: Fully remote; must live within the United States

Salary: $55,000–$70,000 base salary plus commissions

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare positions across multiple states.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and recruiting strategies.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews and offers, and manage pre-employment activities.
• Build pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill healthcare roles.
• Maintain requisition and candidate activity in Workday Recruiting, track pipeline data, and contribute to employer branding and process improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, high-volume, or multi-site environments.
• Experience recruiting for clinical, allied health, and healthcare support positions is preferred.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting, including requisitions, candidate stages, and recruiting workflows, is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to source proactively, manage multiple requisitions, and handle competing priorities.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
