Consulting Recruiter

Location: USA, Illinois; remote. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Travel may be required at approximately 5%.

Salary: $67,360–$102,150 national annual pay range.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for experienced professionals from kickoff calls through offer close.
• Partner with leaders, resource management, and HR to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates while building diverse talent pipelines.
• Facilitate interviews and debriefs and coordinate offer negotiation and extension.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure compliance with firm policies, diversity initiatives, and EEO guidelines.
• Build relationships with candidates, hiring partners, and recruiting sources; represent the firm at networking events and career fairs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; HR or a related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Strong relationship-building, stakeholder influence, communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems preferred, including Workday.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship required.
• Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%.
