Sr Campus Recruitment Specialist

Location: Remote, United States-based; up to 40% travel within the United States during peak recruiting seasons

Salary: $90,400–$135,600 per year, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Incentive Plan

What you will do

• Lead recruiting strategy and execution for assigned partner universities, including relationship management, recruiting plans, and candidate pipeline development.
• Build partnerships with university career centers, faculty, student organizations, and other campus stakeholders.
• Represent hirify.global at virtual, hybrid, and in-person campus events, career fairs, information sessions, and networking engagements.
• Source, assess, and engage early-career candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle, including interview preparation, process communication, and offer coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers and talent acquisition colleagues to develop candidate slates, provide market insights, and support hiring decisions.
• Monitor recruiting metrics, reporting, candidate movement, and program outcomes to improve process effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in campus recruiting, university relations, early-career talent acquisition, or recruiting; or an advanced degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and offer support.
• Experience building relationships with hiring managers, academic institutions, or external recruiting partners.
• Ability to travel up to 40% within the United States for campus recruiting and hiring events.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at the time of hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not available for roles below the Principal level.
• For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, the degree must satisfy the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).

• Experience developing recruiting strategies for university partnerships and early-career talent programs.
• Experience with national student or professional organizations and early-identification talent programs.
• Knowledge of EEO, AAP, and OFCCP compliance requirements.
• Experience using Workday, Paradox, Handshake, or similar recruiting technologies.
• Experience working in a remote or geographically dispersed team environment.
