Identity Intelligence Analyst

Location: Charlottesville, VA, United States. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance and may include a six-month deployment to OCONUS locations.

Salary: $60,000–$135,000 per year.

What you will do

• Conduct and document identity intelligence analysis using fingerprints, DNA, iris scans, voiceprints, facial recognition features, and behavioral indicators.
• Integrate biographical, biological, behavioral, contextual, and reputational attributes to assess individuals and networks.
• Produce threat assessments covering capabilities, intent, objectives, centers of gravity, and potential courses of action.
• Assess friendly and adversary biometric systems, including capabilities, limitations, vulnerabilities, and operational impacts.
• Develop technical assessments and analytic findings for U.S. defense acquisition activities related to biometric systems.
• Coordinate doctrine, policy, guidance, briefings, and analytic products with government, military, and intelligence community stakeholders.

Requirements

• Three years of relevant experience with a qualifying degree, or five years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Understanding of intelligence requirements for lethal and non-lethal targeting operations.
• Experience with network, pattern, geospatial, link, social network, and Pattern of Life analysis supporting Attack the Network operations.
• Experience providing analytical and targeting support to deployed Special Operations Forces.
• Proficiency with intelligence tools and databases including Palantir, Analyst's Notebook, BI2R/I2AR, SOFEX, Query Tree, Chrome, BAT, TIDE, Pulse, and open-source research tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with biometric system analysis, targeting tradecraft, and Defense Intelligence Enterprise policies and processes.
