Operations Manager - Floor (Grocery) - Automation-3

Location: Onsite at 5600 State Road 544, Winter Haven, Florida, United States

Salary: $84,000–$126,000 annual salary, plus performance-based bonuses and possible regional pay, stock, and other compensation.

What you will do

• Drive and implement the operating plan for the assigned grocery automation area to achieve production, quality, and safety goals.
• Forecast staffing, workload, and performance results to meet business demands.
• Prepare and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
• Monitor compliance with logistics and company quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Supervise associates and leaders, provide performance feedback, and support hiring, promotion, coaching, and development.
• Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns using sound judgment and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in management, logistics, business administration, finance, production, or operations management, plus relevant experience; or three years of relevant operations, distribution, logistics, or retail experience.
• Experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers or supervisors across multiple departments or areas.
• Experience managing workload and participating in employee hiring and promotion.
• Relevant experience as a Walmart Logistics Area Manager may satisfy the qualification requirement.
