Operations Manager - Floor (Grocery)- Automation-4

Location: 5600 State Road 544, Winter Haven, Florida 33881-9519, United States; onsite at a grocery facility.

Annual salary: $84,000–$126,000, plus potential performance bonuses and other additional compensation.

What you will do

• Drive and implement business plans for the assigned grocery facility area to achieve production, quality, and safety goals.
• Forecast staffing needs, workload, and performance results to meet business demands.
• Prepare, review, and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
• Monitor compliance with logistics and company quality, safety, policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns using sound judgment and appropriate consultation.
• Supervise associates and leaders, provide feedback, support hiring and promotion decisions, and develop training and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field plus one year of relevant operations, distribution, logistics, or retail experience supervising and developing managers or supervisors; or three years of comparable experience.
• Relevant experience must include workload management and participation in employee hiring and promotion across multiple departments or areas.
• Alternatively, one year of experience as a Walmart Logistics Area Manager with comparable supervisory and workforce-management responsibilities may qualify.
• Ability to uphold quality, safety, compliance, and integrity standards in a facility operation.
