Molding Production Operator (Injection Molding)

What you will do

• Set up and operate production machines.
• Monitor machine performance and production processes.
• Prepare equipment for production starts and product changes.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance.
• Conduct quality control on manufactured products.
• Contribute independently to team collaboration, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Experience in machine operation or production work.
• Strong technical interest and aptitude.
• Thorough, responsible, and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work onsite at the Varnamo Site on a full-time schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience with injection molding machines, plastic molding, or related production processes.
• Experience with automated machinery, robots, or advanced production technology.
• Overhead crane certification.
• Forklift license.
