What you will do

• Develop and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Continuously balance production lines and improve workflow performance.
• Identify and solve production challenges using data analysis and performance trends.
• Lead improvement initiatives and projects focused on workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with production supervisors, operators, technicians, and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor production data to identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or another relevant academic background.
• Experience in production or process-related work with a practical understanding of production flows.
• Fluent Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to understand complex relationships.
• Proactive, collaborative, clear in communication, and results-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
