Service Engineer Analyzers

Location: Karlstad, Sweden; frequent travel to customer sites across Scandinavia

What you will do

• Service online fiber and pulp analyzers, laboratory analyzers, and related measurement equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs, commissioning, and calibration at customer sites.
• Plan, execute, document, and report on independent service visits.
• Provide remote support by telephone and remote connection tools.
• Collaborate with the Scandinavian sales team, local technical experts, and the product group in Kajaani, Finland.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of the pulp and paper industry.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
• Category B driver’s license and willingness to travel within Scandinavia, as customer site visits are a significant part of the role.

• Experience with analyzers or consistency measurement systems.
