Associate Manager, HR - People Strategy

Location: Chicago, IL — Chicago/Aon Center

New hire base salary: $89,800–$112,200 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Support talent strategies, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and career pathing across North America Supply Chain and Procurement.
• Identify talent gaps and risks and help execute actions that strengthen organizational capability.
• Contribute to organizational effectiveness initiatives, workforce planning, capability reviews, and organizational assessments.
• Analyze workforce and talent data related to retention, engagement, performance, mobility, and workforce effectiveness.
• Develop executive-ready presentations, dashboards, reports, and recommendations for HR and business leaders.
• Coordinate people programs and projects, including milestone tracking, stakeholder communication, risk identification, and status reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience with exposure to talent management, succession planning, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or workforce planning.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects or programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project management, organization, communication, presentation, storytelling, and analytical skills.
• Experience creating executive summaries, presentations, and business insights for leadership audiences.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and organizational levels in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday, Power BI, Tableau, or similar workforce analytics platforms.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of how people strategies support business outcomes.
