Sr Director, Senior Leadership Development (Biotech)

Location: Hybrid role based out of the Bridgewater, New Jersey office, with remote work available most of the time and in-person collaboration as needed; approximately 10% domestic travel.

Salary: $214,000–$292,000 annual

What you will do

• Design, own, and continuously improve the global senior leadership learning curriculum.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders on succession planning, multi-year bench-strength roadmaps, and individualized readiness plans.
• Create and lead senior leadership mentoring, executive development, onboarding, and cross-functional program leadership initiatives.
• Design and facilitate learning experiences using instructor-led, eLearning, and social learning modalities aligned with the 70:20:10 model.
• Manage external development partners and executive coaching vendors, including coach assessment and matching.
• Own leadership development content for the Leadership Summit and benchmark executive development and succession practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or related HR disciplines, including 3–5 years focused on executive-level development.
• Prior experience in pharma and/or biotech is required.
• Experience with senior leadership development strategies, succession planning frameworks, leadership assessments, development planning, and vendor management.
• Strong facilitation, executive presence, consulting, collaboration, confidentiality, and program management skills.
• High proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office 365, and other learning or content development tools.

Nice to have

• Executive coaching experience and/or certification.
• Deep knowledge of adult learning, coaching, mentoring, and leadership competency models.
