Intern - HR Rotation (Human Resources)

Location: Bridgeton, Missouri, United States; onsite. Ability to relocate if not local is required.

What you will do

• Rotate through technician branch, benefits and compensation, HRIS, corporate generalist, learning and development, talent management, communications, and talent acquisition functions.
• Support technician recognition, recruitment, union processes, grievances, onboarding, termination, interviewing, and employee development initiatives.
• Assist with job architecture, compensation structures, Workday systems, benefits programs, immigration processes, and performance management.
• Support sourcing, interviewing, intern recruitment, campus engagement events, and updates to recruiting materials.
• Interview, write, and edit articles for the company-wide weekly newsletter and contribute to online training communications.
• Present a business proposal as part of a cross-functional Ideation & Innovation Challenge.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in school and pursuing at least a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, computer, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Must be able to work onsite in Bridgeton, Missouri, and relocate if not local.
