Project Manager, Laboratory

What you will do

• Serve as the primary sponsor contact for laboratory-related project activities, communications, and issue resolution.
• Lead study start-up activities, including protocol review, study setup, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, study budgets, risks, escalations, and operational oversight.
• Provide study updates and reports while ensuring compliance with applicable procedures and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on study execution, investigator meetings, and project initiatives.
• Contribute to process improvements, knowledge sharing, and the development of less experienced team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing projects in clinical research, laboratory services, or related clinical trial support functions.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and operational study delivery requirements.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and independent working abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
