Digital Health Enablement Manager (Clinical Systems)

What you will do

• Support the development, implementation, validation, maintenance, and archiving of clinical systems and system interfaces.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and support for system issues, enhancements, and operational inquiries.
• Partner with IT, business stakeholders, and project teams to design, test, and implement system changes, including UAT.
• Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, project guidelines, and system setup documentation.
• Deliver clinical systems training, coaching, and communication for local, regional, and project teams.
• Generate ad hoc queries, reports, and performance metrics while supporting project execution and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health or biological science.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience as a subject matter expert, with knowledge of clinical systems and administrator user experience.
• Advanced knowledge of designated clinical systems, system interactions, applicable SOPs, work instructions, and regulations.
• Ability to run ad hoc queries and reports for assigned projects.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, organizational, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy, including well-developed skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
