TL;DR
Associate Project Manager (Linguistic Validation): Managing basic translation project workflows throughout their full life cycle with an accent on resource allocation, delivery tracking, client communication, and project administration. Focus on coordinating linguists and language specialists, managing project risks, and maintaining quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Location: Mexico (Remote)
What you will do
- Plan, schedule, and manage risks across linguistic validation translation projects.
- Assign and coordinate linguists, language specialists, and desktop publishers.
- Track project progress, quality, delivery timelines, and costs.
- Manage day-to-day client communication, including status reports and project solutions.
- Facilitate communication within project teams and complete project administration and financial processes.
- Collect KPI data for assigned clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant academic or vocational qualification.
- 0–2 years of project management experience, preferably in life sciences translations.
- Ability to multitask, manage time, organize work, and maintain attention to detail.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Nice to have
- Experience with CAT or TMS tools.
- Experience in linguistic validation translation projects.
