Location: Onsite at 415 34th St N, Dilworth, Minnesota 56529-1801, United States

Salary: $29.50–$39.50 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Drive Vision Center sales through merchandise presentation, competitive pricing, inventory management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Lead customer service operations and resolve customer concerns within company standards.
• Oversee eyewear consultations, product selection, measurements, prescription verification, minor frame repairs, and optical equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company and legal requirements, safety standards, quality assurance, confidentiality, and asset protection controls.
• Hire, train, mentor, supervise, and recognize Vision Center associates.
• Coordinate community outreach, stakeholder relationships, business initiatives, and continuous improvement plans.

Requirements

• Completion of two or more years of college, or qualifying combinations of retail, supervisory, general work, and optical experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws, regulations, and rules.
• Ability to work onsite at the Dilworth, Minnesota location.
