Sales Manager (Part Time)

What you will do

• Welcome customers and help families select products based on styles, features, and benefits.
• Lead sales-floor operations and perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities.
• Coach store employees on service standards, omnichannel experiences, and performance.
• Execute assigned business focus areas, use customer feedback to improve results, and build loyalty through company-sponsored programs.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive environment while supporting asset protection and operational controls.
• Recognize strong performance, provide in-the-moment feedback, and escalate performance concerns to the Store Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and use Outlook, Excel, web navigation, and other computer tools.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and frequently bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, stand, walk, and climb ladders.
• Availability for scheduled days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
