Clinical Specialist Representative (Medical Devices)

Location: California; based on the West Coast. Requires travel up to 70% and regular operating-room and hospital support.

What you will do

• Support Imaging, Navigation, and Robotics products and affiliated services for hospitals in an assigned territory.
• Provide education and hands-on training for surgeons, operating-room staff, administrators, and internal implant peers.
• Support installations and drive consistent product utilization during the first 90 days.
• Build surgeon support, develop key opinion leader relationships, and increase market awareness of INR products.
• Collaborate with capital and implant sales teams to identify targets and grow the business.
• Manage expenses within budget and follow applicable company, healthcare, and industry compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with excellent academic achievement.
• At least 2 years of clinical support or relevant healthcare industry experience; spine experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the operating-room environment and the ability to support clinical procedures.
• Strong collaboration, influencing, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 70% and meet the physical demands of hospital and laboratory support work.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting new or disruptive technologies in a market.
• Spine experience.
