Field Product Specialist, Connectivity Expert (IVD/POC)

Location: Remote in France; the role includes recurring field-based and on-site customer activities.

What you will do

• Support RFPs, tenders, pre-sales activities, prospect development, and field sales initiatives.
• Promote Nova POC, HBTA, Osmo, blood gas, and connectivity solutions to medical centers, hospitals, laboratories, and ambulance services.
• Conduct on-site application studies, including correlation, precision, interference, and linearity studies, then interpret and present the results.
• Support customer validation, implementation, training, and post-sale transition to Nova technology.
• Develop relationships with key opinion leaders and partnerships with middleware, LIS, and other IT providers.
• Prepare training materials, support application questions, analyze data, and help resolve customer product-performance issues.

Requirements

• Technical expertise in blood gas, point-of-care testing, and in vitro diagnostics.
• Technical and commercial experience with connectivity solutions and ISO 15189 requirements.
• English: good written and verbal proficiency, including fluent communication with customers and understanding of scientific and technical documentation.
• IT competence with ASTM, HL7, and POCT1A protocols, with the ability to connect customer, sales, and IT requirements.
• Proficiency with IT tools, particularly Excel, and experience providing independent commercial support in the field.
• Degree in life sciences or a medical/laboratory discipline, plus at least three years of experience in blood gas, point-of-care, in vitro diagnostics, IT interfaces, or decentralized biology sales.
