Clinical Product Educator

Location: Austria; predominantly home-based with virtual customer support

hirify.global develops medical devices and insulin management technologies, including the Omnipod product platform for people with diabetes.

What you will do

• Conduct virtual customer training for Omnipod therapy initiation, Personal Diabetes Manager settings, product conversions, and diabetes management software.
• Provide ongoing clinical education and support for insulin pump and continuous glucose monitoring systems.
• Handle escalated Customer Care cases involving medical events, recurring product issues, and device settings.
• Support territories with high clinical demand, document training completion in Salesforce, and maintain customer interaction records.
• Provide field feedback and collaborate with Product Support, Clinical Business, Customer Care, and Commercial teams.
• Manage administrative duties, customer outreach, standardized workflows, and service-level requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Current professional credentials or certification such as Certified Diabetes Educator, Registered Dietitian, or Registered Nurse are mandatory.
• Strong competence with virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or WebEx.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• Ability to work primarily from a home office, with occasional attendance at internal clinical or sales meetings.

Nice to have

• Experience training or managing insulin pump patients.
• Certified Diabetes Educator certification or a local equivalent.
• Prior industry or commercial experience.
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to changing circumstances.
