Sr Associate Brand Manager / Associate Brand Manager (Pet Care)

Location: Hybrid in Ewing, New Jersey, United States; in-person attendance is required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.

Salary: $71,000–$131,700 base salary annually, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Execute consumer and trade promotions, special packs, sampling, public relations programs, and in-store displays.
• Own product forecasting, supply chain analysis, and syndicated Circana data analysis.
• Brief external creative agencies and guide projects through development milestones.
• Build expertise in natural cat litter and litter additives, including competitors, channels, and consumer preferences.
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain, R&D, and agency partners to influence business results.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
• At least 1 year of marketing experience or a marketing internship with a CPG company.
• Experience with category analysis and forecasting.
• Familiarity with consumer marketing research tools and techniques.
• Ability to attend the Ewing, New Jersey office in person three days per week.
